ComedyDrama105 min

After a run-in with the law, gifted teenage gymnast Haley is sentenced to an elite training academy run by a legendary coach she doesn’t trust. Missy Peregrym is Haley, a talented athlete whose rebellious streak keeps putting her at odds with teammates, judges, and authority figures. At Vickerman Gymnastics Academy, Jeff Bridges’ Burt Vickerman expects discipline from girls training at the highest level, and Haley arrives ready to resist every rule in the building. As she settles into the program, her attitude wins her a few allies, sparks rivalries, and puts her back in the center of a sport she already tried to leave behind.
