Romantic Friction
ComedyRomance90 min
Book-cover artist Leanna agrees to pose as the mysterious author of a hit romance novel, only to find herself trapped inside a lie: the book was actually written by Michael, a snobbish literary novelist hiding behind her face. As the book’s profile grows, so does the awkward partnership between the woman selling the story and the man who wrote it in secret. Julie Roy and Brandon Santana lead a setup built on literary pretenses, mixed signals, and the gap between public image and private feeling, as Leanna’s fake author persona starts to complicate her own search for love.
