Back on the Strip
Comedy117 min
Aspiring magician Merlin moves to Las Vegas for stage work and winds up as the front man in a comeback version of The Chocolate Chips, a once-famous Black male strip crew. Their reunion pulls him into old grudges, a scramble to keep their longtime hotel afloat, and his own effort to reconnect with the woman he left behind. Wesley Snipes and J.B. Smoove are among the veterans Merlin inherits, alongside a troupe that’s older, rustier, and still carrying decades of baggage.
