A Wednesday
ActionAdventureCrimeDramaMysteryThriller104 min
Anupam Kher is Prakash Rathod, a retired police commissioner looking back on the case that defined his career: one Wednesday in Mumbai, an anonymous caller threatens bomb blasts across the city unless four jailed terrorists are released. Naseeruddin Shah's caller stays unseen but firmly in control, forcing the police to trace him, verify the threat, and weigh every move against the risk of panic. The standoff unfolds through control-room procedure, street-level police work, and a man who insists he is only an ordinary citizen.
