The Gunfighter

Western85 min

A notorious gunman rides into a small town hoping for something simple: one quiet meeting with the wife and son he left behind. Instead, his reputation arrives before he does. Young hotheads want to make their name by facing him, the sheriff wants to keep the peace, and every move he makes is watched from the saloon and the street. As the hours pass, a private visit turns into a public standoff, with old choices closing off every easy exit. Gregory Peck plays a man trapped by the legend built around him, while Helen Westcott is the woman forced to decide whether that past can be allowed back into her life.
