Big Trouble
ActionAdventureComedyCrimeFamilyThriller85 min
A mysterious suitcase sets off a chain reaction in Miami, pulling a divorced dad, an unhappy housewife, two hitmen, a pair of street thugs, two smitten teens, two FBI agents, and even a psychedelic toad into the same increasingly tangled mess. Tim Allen and Rene Russo lead the ensemble, with Stanley Tucci, Dennis Farina, Zooey Deschanel, and Jason Lee threading through the overlapping schemes and misunderstandings. Barry Sonnenfeld directs the story as a comic crime scramble where one piece of luggage keeps sending strangers crashing into each other’s plans.
