Professor Se-jeong is trapped in a biotech conference facility when a rapidly mutating virus is released and authorities seal the building with survivors still inside. Jun Ji-hyun is Se-jeong, a professor forced into survival mode as she joins a small group trying to stay ahead of the infected, whose bodies keep changing in increasingly grotesque ways. Koo Kyo-hwan co-stars in the group caught in the lockdown. Directed by Yeon Sang-ho, the film turns a professional gathering into a closed-off outbreak, with escape routes cut off and every corridor growing more dangerous.
