Paulie
ActionAdventureComedyDramaFamily94 min
Locked away in the cellar of an animal research institute, a talking parrot finally gets a listener when a Russian janitor asks how he ended up there. Jay Mohr voices Paulie, who recounts years of detours and close calls while trying to find the young girl who first raised him. As his story moves through a string of strangers, thieves, and unexpected helpers, faces including Gena Rowlands and Cheech Marin turn up along the way, with Paulie’s search linking each stop on the long route back to his original owner.
