Christmas 9 to 5
DramaRomance90 min
Jennifer is a hard-nosed crime-beat reporter when an unusual holiday assignment sends her undercover on the sales floor of a department store from Black Friday to Christmas Eve. Tiya Sircar is Jennifer, trading police scanners and deadlines for gift wrap, customer complaints, and the rhythms of retail as she chases a story about the meaning of Christmas. As the weeks tick down, the assignment starts to shift her perspective on her work and her life, and a romance begins to take shape amid the holiday rush. George Wendt and Sheila McCarthy round out the store’s bustling Christmas world.
