ActionAdventureDramaRomanceWar139 min

Born to a powerful Swedish noble family and raised in a monastery, Arn Magnusson is trained for war before a forbidden romance sends him to the Holy Land to serve as a Knight Templar. Joakim Nätterqvist is Arn, a skilled swordsman pulled between religious duty and his bond with Cecilia; back in Sweden, Sofia Helin's Cecilia faces the cost of that separation as noble rivalries harden around her. Moving between medieval Scandinavia and the Crusades, the film follows penance, court intrigue, and battlefield conflict in the 12th century.
