My Blueberry Nights

DramaRomance95 min

After a bruising breakup, Elizabeth leaves New York and heads across the country, taking waitress jobs as she goes and trying to outrun the memories she left behind. Norah Jones is Elizabeth, moving from one temporary stop to the next after long late-night talks with Jude Law’s café owner, who keeps serving the blueberry pie she can’t stop ordering. On the road she falls in with other wounded strangers — an alcoholic policeman, his estranged wife, a young gambler — and each stop pulls her a little further from the life she left and a little closer to understanding it.
