The Forest

HorrorMysteryThriller95 min

After her twin sister disappears near Mount Fuji, a young American woman travels to Japan and enters Aokigahara, a forest known for its association with suicide and disappearances. Natalie Dormer is the woman at the center of the search, pushing deeper into the woods even as guides warn her not to stray from the marked path. As the trail narrows, isolation and dread take over, and what she encounters in the forest begins to feel less explainable. Eoin Macken and Taylor Kinney are part of the small circle around her as the missing-person search turns toward something darker.
