A young woman moves through the city seeing what no one else can: thin red lines linking people who have been lovers. She has kept that gift secret, carrying the private knowledge of who is tied to whom and what those hidden connections expose. Then a pair of glasses appears on the black market that lets anyone see the same lines, and her private burden becomes a public threat. As the glasses spread, secrets that once stayed invisible start tearing through relationships, reputations, and trust. Trying to understand where the device came from and why it surfaced now, she is pulled into a growing mystery where desire, shame, and surveillance collide. What she could once observe alone is suddenly something others can use, exploit, and weaponize.
