A burned-out paramedic heads into his final 24 hours on the job only to learn he has to train the rookie taking his place. Rainn Wilson is the veteran EMT, running on fumes as one more shift turns into a chain of emergencies, strange calls, and workplace friction. Beside him, Lil Rel Howery's new recruit is learning the job in real time, with little room for mistakes and no shortage of chaos. The film stays inside the rhythm of ambulance work, where exhaustion, dark humor, and split-second decisions shape the handoff between someone trying to get out and someone just getting started.
