Sher Shivraj
ActionAdventureDrama143 min
Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj faces a defining test as the film centers on his high-stakes confrontation with Afzalkhan, a clash shaped as much by strategy as by force. Chinmay Mandlekar is Shivaji, with the story narrowing in on the political pressure, battlefield preparation, and personal courage surrounding one of the most famous incidents in the Maratha king’s life. Mrinal Kulkarni and Mukesh Rishi are part of the royal and military world around him as the conflict closes in. In Marathi, the film frames Shivaji not as a distant legend but as a ruler weighing tactics, risk, and survival.
