A Soviet police captain comes to Chicago on the trail of a Georgian drug kingpin who slipped through his hands after killing his partner. To keep the case moving on unfamiliar ground, Ivan Danko is paired with wisecracking detective Art Ridzik, and the two clash over everything from procedure to tactics. As the fugitive builds a path back into the drug trade, the search turns into a race across the city’s streets, jails, and underworld contacts. Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jim Belushi lead a partnership built on mistrust, blunt force, and the need to stop a killer before he disappears again.
