Delete your ReelRecs account

You can permanently delete your ReelRecs account at any time. The fastest way is from inside the app; if you can't access the app for any reason, you can also email us.

From inside the app (fastest)

Open the ReelRecs app and tap Profile → Settings → Account → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately and is not reversible.

By email (if you can't access the app)

If your account is locked, you've lost your device, or you can't sign in for any other reason, email privacy@reelrecs.com from the address registered on your account. We'll process the deletion within 30 days, as required by our privacy policy.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data — your profile, ratings, reviews, friend connections, and Watch+ group memberships. Some anonymized usage data may be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.
